Marc's career spans institutional portfolio management at Kimco Realty, where he oversaw Colorado's largest retail portfolio, to founding and operating his own advisory practice for 14 years. He has represented national tenants including Noodles & Company, Jimmy John's, Little Caesars, and Sunflower Market, and advised investors and developers on complex urban mixed-use, retail, and development land transactions throughout Colorado and select national markets.
